It was a great pleasure to welcome Ryman, Mothercare, The Entertainer and Poundland to Castle Malwood to join us for our first Unified Comms Focus Group meeting since the formal launch of metro at RBTE in March.These informal focus groups are key to the continual evolution of the metro product suite and provides the RMS team with valuable insight and understanding as to how each module is working for their businesses today and what it needs to do in the future.
RMS customers value our open and collaborative culture, which in turn makes it easier for them to engage with us. This culture has developed our innate ability to listen deeply to our customer-specific and industry wide challenges and respond with insightful solutions and methodologies, which is what differentiates RMS from our competitors.
In addition to our Focus Group Meetings, RMS also hold an annual User Forum and Awards Ceremony bringing all customers (new, old and potential) together to network and share their experiences of using RMS software tools in their businesses – the day concludes with a fun and friendly awards evening to celebrate the successes and achievements of RMS’ customers.
