Metro Connect 26 Speaker Announcement: Meet the speaker who teaches leaders to lead without the jargon
Most organisations invest in strategy. Fewer invest in the people delivering it. That's the gap Vince Sanderson has spent 14 years closing.
We're excited to welcome Vince, CEO of Velion Consulting Group, to Metro Connect 26 on Thursday 2nd July 2026.
Over 6,000 hours of coaching and facilitation across the globe - not on strategy, but on the thing that makes strategy work: how leaders actually show up.
In this interactive session, Vince will share how to:
- Communicate with clarity and authority
- Lead without relying on your title
- Handle difficult conversations with confidence
- Coach your teams to take ownership and deliver
- Build trust that drives real accountability
- Scale leadership across your business
No jargon. No theory. Straight-talking advice and tools you take back to your team the same day.
